You grant Paperbook a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display Customer Content solely to provide and improve the Service.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to provide Customer Content and that it does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
The Service may use automated systems, including artificial intelligence, to analyze and generate outputs based on Customer Content. Outputs are provided “as is” and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before use.
Certain features may require payment. Fees are described at the time of purchase and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Customer Content may be deleted according to our data retention practices.
The Service, including all software, designs, and trademarks, is owned by Paperbook and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paperbook will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by you to Paperbook in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paperbook from claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
